So I’m sure you’ve all ordered something online before, it’s kind of the norm to do so nowadays. Some people actually do it as a hobby. But I’m sure you’ve ordered something before or sent something and had some issues occur. This can be super frustrating and time-consuming to get to the route of the problem and sort it out.

Tracking

Without package tracking having these issues will be much more prominent, in this day and age you can pretty much track any package. Meaning you can track a package as it travels over across the world to you

Giving you peace of mind

I don’t like the unknown, I don’t think anyone does to be completely honest. It’s not the best feeling when you order something online, and you end up waiting longer than expected. What do you do in this situation, call the company you bought it from? Good luck with that, I don’t mean to sound half empty, but trying to get in touch with an online shop can be a very lengthy process. Then from there, you’ll also need to get in contact with the postal company, and I don’t reckon they’ll care too much as you’ve only selected ‘free delivery’. So pretty much what I’m trying to say is that you won’t necessarily be anyone’s top priority as a customer using the free service.

But let’s look at the situation if you used a tracked service, well it would very rarely happen. Why? Because you’d be able to see exactly where your package is at that moment in time. You’ll also see previous updates on where your package has been, it’ll make up for all the travel that you’ve missed out on recently due to the coronavirus

Your busy, I get it

You’re not the online one, so don’t worry. A Lot of us have our days full, our schedules are packed to the brim. We don’t have too much downtime available, so leaving the office to go and sign for a parcel can be a chore.

With tracking, you’ll have the ability to see exactly where your parcel is, and you’ll know the expected delivery date. Sometimes (depending on the provider) you can set a dedicated time for delivery, meaning you won’t have to leave that important meeting early or mess around with your schedule too much

On the other hand, you could have the company drop the package off at the local post facility or into a pigeonhole. But there’s nothing like having your items delivered straight to your door is there?

Closing thoughts

So if you can fork out the extra cash, why not! You’ll save more time in the long run, like I said you don’t want to be canceling or rescheduling meetings just to go and pick up your package. So make the smart choice and choose package tracking.
